I will typically use +Cargo space mods and +combat speed mods (Overdrive or Unstable Injector). For ship mods, there is an engine mod that lowers your sensor profile which is very useful, but not required. For example, Hounds are a great early game option- they have decent cargo space, shielded hulls, and most importantly fantastic combat speed so most patrols will just harry you or let you go even if they catch you. For a fleet you want to stay small (frigates for low sensor profile) and fast (Burn 10 and combat speed +150). If you want to smuggle on the market easily, it helps to have the proper fleet composition and player skills. ![]()
